Some MB Bags bags are made to order to ensure each set is produced and inspected before shipment.

Most bag orders are completed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, new product drops, holidays, or unexpected production delays, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

Once your order leaves our facility, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are separate from our production lead time.

If an order is expected to fall outside of our normal production window, we’ll make every effort to communicate the delay as soon as possible.

Some MBbags cornhole bags are crafted to order, so returns and exchanges are only accepted on items that are unused, unthrown, unwashed, and still in original condition. Any bag that shows signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.

Cornhole bags can be affected by rough, unfinished, or low‑quality board surfaces. Snags, pulls, runs, abrasions, or other fabric damage caused by board condition, improper use, break‑in methods, washing, or normal wear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.

If you believe your bags have experienced a legitimate manufacturing defect or construction failure, please reach out with clear photos of the issue and your order details. Each claim is evaluated individually to determine whether the problem stems from a manufacturing defect or external damage.

Confirmed manufacturing defects will be addressed under warranty. MBbags will review each case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue. Email: mbbags7@gmail.com
