Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a return. The item must return in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return and refund. Return box must include the original packaging; you also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we received and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
In the event of a return or exchange for an item that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping cost, including the cost of the original shipment and the cost to returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return and requesting a receipt with a tracking number.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you notice a defect or damage or if it’s the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to take picture to prove any defects.
EXCETIONS/ NON- RETURN ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products and orders (such as special orders or personalised items). Due to the differential range on custom made offer, and the fact that every piece is created on demand and make to custom order. The fact is that you will be provided a mock-up that you agreed to before the final product.
